Who are you?
Hello to all TTW-Nationwides! My name is Utibe Ime Anietie famously knowing as Boneboy TTW and also UTIboy ToTheWorld Born May 18, 2007,hails from Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, I'm a fast rising 18 years old Afrobeats singer, musician, songwriter. from Nsit Ibom, Akwa Ibom. and this is where my story starts.
I was born and raised in *Akwa Ibom State*, and that’s where my love for music first took root. Growing up, I was surrounded by the sounds of the streets, the church, Afrobeats, and the raw energy of everyday life in the South-South. Music wasn’t just something I listened to — it was how I made sense of things, how I expressed what I couldn’t say out loud.
I officially started my music career in *2018* i inspired by Wizkid, Rem, Crayon, Runtown Mayorkun. Back then I didn’t have a studio, a manager, or a budget. What I had was a phone, data, and a voice I knew people needed to hear. So I started dropping *freestyles online*.spitting bars over trending beats and making my own melodies when inspiration hit. Those early freestyles weren’t perfect, but they were real. They got me my first real fans — people who messaged me saying “keep going, we feel you.” That pushed me to keep grinding even when nobody was paying attention.
For years I kept building in silence, sharpening my sound, experimenting with Afrobeats, street-hop, and melodic. I was learning how to turn pain, joy, hustle, and love into songs that actually hit different.
In *2024*, life took me to *Calabar*. Moving there changed my perspective. Calabar’s vibe, the people, the nightlife, and the hustle gave me new stories to tell. I stayed there, and I started recording my song using my phone who believed in the sound I was cooking up. It was in Calabar that I finally felt ready to step out of the freestyle lane and give the world a proper body of work.
That brings us to *late 2025*, when I released my first official single *“I’m in Love”*
